“Presenting the method of PLCs as an important structure for all school staff”
In Linköping, Sweden 2 Multiplier Events took place. One was a half-day meeting with student teachers from the University of Linköping to introduce to them the method of PLCs and the experiences that the school supervisors, partners in the TePinTeach project, have made establishing PLCs for teachers and for school heads. It was one of the first steps for the later collaboration with the University of Linköping and the exploration am StaM-PLCs, Students, and mentors PLCs. Also, the university lecturer presented the method of lesson studies which was also part of the preparation of the later StaM-PLC exploration.
The second Multiplier Event the Linköping team brought out was a hybrid-run expert talk with colleagues from other ERASMUS+ projects. The first day of this event was dedicated to the TepinTeach project and partner Linköping presented the method of PLCs and how it has been explored during the last years by the consortium. The guests were very interested in PLCs since they might include this kind of professional learning in their projects. The other two days were bond to issues about good education like ‘Democratic Classroom’. Furthermore, the group discusses the option for future collaborations.
