The next step, “Practice and Document”, is to put the action plan into practice step by step by student teachers. This will be analysed and reflected within the S-PLC.
The measures, which happen to be determined in the action plan, are transferred within the defined timetable and their efficacy is reflected. The S-PLC offers to student teachers the opportunity to report about their activities and analyse those with their peers. Peers are at this time very important, because they support the process of putting into practice because of their professional knowledge and help to optimize the implementation of the measures because of their critical questions. This happens especially when the reporting person didn’t accomplish it herself.
